Sand Dunes is the perfect family holiday house Sand Dunes is located in a beautiful, sheltered location with an expansive vista of the iconic Lancelin sand dunes and just a short 50 metre stroll to the beach.
Once you walk through the doors of this well-appointed property there is a huge living and dining area with kitchen, laundry and bathroom. Upstairs features 3 bedrooms and bathroom overlooking the main living area. The large balcony at the front of the property has couches and bar table to enjoy the great views of the dunes. The rear of the property has a large covered patio area where you can BBQ and relax after a big day at the beach. A large outside games room features small pool table, TV and another set of beds, no bathroom or toilet in games room.
The enclosed yard and lawn area is ideal for the family pet (Outside Only & $500 Pet Bond Applicable). This property has so much to offer and will leave guests with beautiful memories and timeless experiences when in Lancelin. Those who choose to stay can unplug, relax and unwind in a beautiful environment that will have friends and families not wanting to leave and will showcase the romance and charm Lancelin has become famous for.

This property strictly sleeps a maximum of 12 people. No Tents, Caravans or Camper Trailers allowed at property.
Guests are to supply their own sheets and towels - Linen hire available on request.

Outside in Games room: 2 x tribunks (double on bottom & single on top) & 1 double bed.
Check in time is 2pm unless prior arrangement has been made.
No school leavers or under 25 adult groups.
